6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. All Sales Final Policy (No Returns)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been shipped.

8. Discretionary Refunds / Replacements

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at our discretion.

We may consider issuing a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect product was shipped

  • The package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

To request review, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide supporting proof (photos and/or videos).

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent and may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service

11. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us at sales@pharmaprint.com.

Subscription orders follow the same All Sales Final policy.

12. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to refuse discount usage if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • logos

  • graphics

  • text

  • formulations (where applicable)

is owned by or licensed to PharmaPrint LLCand may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
