Terms of Service (Dietary Supplements)

Welcome to PharmaPrint LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products. Prior versions of these Terms are kept on our Policy Archive page.

1. Eligibility to Use This Website

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Intended Use Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

  • Individual results may vary.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from using our products. (Our money-back guarantees, described in Section 7, are satisfaction promises about your purchase — not a promise of any health outcome.)
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you.

3. FDA Disclaimer

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

4. Health & Allergy Responsibility

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product ingredients and label information prior to use.

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Reviewing ingredient lists
  • Checking for allergens
  • Consulting a healthcare provider if necessary

We are not responsible for adverse reactions, sensitivities, allergic reactions, or misuse of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (see Section 15).

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
  • Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; price changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Packages that are damaged in transit, incorrect, or not delivered are covered by Section 8 and our Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantees

We stand behind our products with two money-back guarantees, set out in full in our Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first-ever one-time order, claimable within 30 days of the order date (with a delivery-based extension), refunding the full amount paid up to 1 bottle per product and 4 bottles per order; and
  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first-ever subscription, claimable within 60 days of the first subscription order date (for subscriptions started before August 4, 2026 and still active: within 60 days of the first renewal charge on or after that date), refunding the subscription payments billed during those 60 days (up to two billing cycles).

In addition, any order may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins (before a shipping label is generated).

Except as provided in the Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy or required by applicable law, and because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, all other sales are final and we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders; Other Refunds

Separately from the money-back guarantees, we will replace the product or refund your payment where:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • Tracking shows no delivery within 10 days after the estimated delivery date

To request this, contact us within 30 days of delivery (or, for missing packages, within 30 days after the estimated delivery date) and provide supporting proof (photos and/or videos) for damaged or incorrect items. We handle any carrier claim ourselves. Any refund outside the money-back guarantees and this section is at our discretion.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Except as provided under the Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy (including its claim windows and eligibility conditions) or Section 8, refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products (opened products are refundable under the money-back guarantees — see Section 7)
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (also covered by the money-back guarantees within their windows)
  • Failure to achieve desired results
  • Allergic reactions or adverse reactions
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Refused deliveries or returned-to-sender packages
  • Shipping delays outside our control

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback — we aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days, and purchases covered by our money-back guarantees are refundable directly from us, which is faster than a dispute. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. If a chargeback is filed for an amount we have already refunded or offered to refund under our policies, we may present evidence of that to the payment processor.

11. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency displayed at checkout, until you cancel, as described in our Subscription Policy (incorporated by reference). You must affirmatively accept the recurring-billing terms at checkout.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, without fees, through your account portal at account.pharmaprint.com (effective immediately) or by emailing sales@pharmaprint.com (effective when your email reaches our inbox). Any charge billed after you submitted a cancellation request will be refunded in full.
  • Your first subscription is covered by the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in the Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy.
  • Otherwise, subscription orders are subject to Sections 7–9 of these Terms.

12. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupon Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to refuse discount usage if fraud or misuse is suspected.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • product names
  • branding
  • images
  • logos
  • graphics
  • text
  • formulations (where applicable)

is owned by or licensed to PharmaPrint LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse our website
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • use false or misleading information
  • interfere with site security or functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PharmaPrint LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • the use or misuse of our products
  • inaccurate product selection
  • delayed shipping
  • inability to use the website

Nothing in this section limits our liability for personal injury caused by a defective product, limits the refund rights expressly granted in our Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy, or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Warranties

Our money-back guarantees are limited warranties. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties on our products — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to the applicable guarantee period, not disclaimed. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. These guarantees give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind regarding the website itself, express or implied.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PharmaPrint LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the website or products
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

18. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law, Venue & Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska & the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy, Subscription Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PharmaPrint LLC regarding the website and your purchases.

20. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and notify account holders and active subscribers by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Changes to the money-back guarantees apply prospectively only: the guarantee in effect on the date of your qualifying order governs that order.
